Minor maintenance is what 80% of maintenance requests are about. It includes door handles needing to be tightened, shower curtains needing to be replaced and light bulb replacements. Really everything that isn't the structure of the building, plumbing or white goods.
With minor maintenance we will fix the issue and pay for it without contacting you.
Where a larger structural maintenance issue arises that you would pay for, we will assess the issue, get multiple affordable quotes and attain your approval to go ahead. Either using your contractor or ours. You can then either pay the contractor directly or if we pay, we will invoice you afterwards. We do not add any surcharge to contractor invoices.
You would also be responsible for white goods and gas/electrical/fire safety certs. We will organise everything for you either using your contractor or ours.
We conduct full tenant checks to find the ideal tenant type who simply wants to live in a nice house share where they can relax after working all day.
